Regarding County Property tax records access via the Internet, Montana Law Prohibits the use of this information for any type of bulk or personal mailing lists without permission of the parties listed.
(Montana Codes Annotated 2-6-109)

It is understood that accessing the information acknowledges agreement and receipt to the above disclaimer. Any violation of this agreement will result in a possible punishment of six (6) months in the county jail, a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine or both. It is further understood that such violation will result in the termination of electronic access to this information.
